Door Access

Only paid-up members get through the door

Connect your fingerprint turnstile or door reader to WaafiGym. Enrol a fingerprint when you register a member and the door takes care of the rest.

Fingerprint, card or PIN code
Choose how members open each door: thumb only, thumb or door card, or thumb plus a PIN code for extra security.
Automatic blocking
Expired or unpaid memberships are refused with a clear reason.
Attendance on its own
Every scan at the door becomes a check-in record.

Staff can open the door remotely when someone needs a hand.
Keeps working offline
Each door reader knows when every membership ends, so expired members are still refused if the internet drops.

Fingerprint Registration

Register a member and their fingerprint in one visit

New members sign up at the front desk, pay, and place their thumb on the scanner. By the time they reach the door, it already knows them.

  1. 1. Add the member

    Name, phone and a webcam photo. A member code is given automatically.

  2. 2. Choose a package and take the first fee

    The membership runs from today until the package ends, and a receipt is ready to print.

  3. 3. Capture the fingerprint

    Scan on the door reader or a USB fingerprint scanner at the desk. Add a door card or PIN code if you like.

  4. 4. Walk straight in

    The member is sent to every door reader right away. When the membership ends, the door stops opening until they renew.
